You can place an order on our website, or you can contact customer service on 01733304499 followed by 1 for sales.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and Clearpay.
When your order has been dispatched a tracking code will be sent to the email address you provided.
For addresses within the UK, we aim to deliver your items that are sent with EVRI within 5-7 working days. If you upgrade your delivery to DPD, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.

The only exception to this is for items that come directly from the supplier, which may take longer as they will be delivered according to their delivery timelines.
At Shop Extra, we understand that there are times when you may wish to return your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order to obtain a refund for any or all purchases.

Consumers have a right to a refund on their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, starting from the day after they receive the goods. This is commonly referred to as the cooling-off period. If you find there is an issue with your order, please contact customer service within the 14 days.

If you take advantage of any multibuy offer or discount, you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer.

Any item returned due to being unsuitable should be returned in a saleable condition and is returned at the cost of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned products, Shop Extra will happily return the full purchase price of the returned products. If any item is returned to Shop Extra for refund that is received in a damaged or unsaleable condition, Shop Extra will reserve the right to refuse a refund and may return the product to the customer.

By saleable condition examples include:
  • Not plugging in or powering on any electrical device
  • Not using any electrical device
  • The original box and contents must be returned in full and in a sale condition

Any returned orders need to be sent back to Shop Extra with the full postage paid. If a return is sent back without the correct postage applied, Shop Extra reserves the right to deduct the postage costs from the total processed refund.

If the product is faulty or damaged, Shop Extra will offer a no quibble refund or replacement and will also cover the cost of the return. If a refund is requested for a faulty product, Shop Extra will refund the cost of the original order along with any associated shipping and handling costs.

All returns require approval by Shop Extra prior to being made. You should contact customer services before making any return. Shop Extra reserves the right to refuse any return made without prior authorization if it is outside of our 14-day approval period.
Currently we don’t offer international shipping to the USA or Europe.
