We currently broadcast 24/7 Virgin 748, Sky 683, Freesat 813, & Freeview 85 as well as streaming Live in HD though IPTV technology online at www.createandcraft.com. Broadcasting live for 15 hours a day, we offer a huge variety of shows and products. Our website is fully transactional and our in-house call centre with Sales and Customer services is open from 6am to 11pm.

Launched in August 2015 we now have a 140 strong team across all departments. We outsource very little as we pride our self in Hochanda staff providing Hochanda services to the Hochanda consumer. This we feel is the best way to see the passion throughout and ensure it reaches the end user. We are very proud of the team we have who have come from all corners of the Direct Response, Shopping TV, and Retail industry. Hochanda allows our team to really spread their wings and stretch their imaginations to bring the best out of their skills and experience.

Buying Assistant

If you are passionate about starting a career in buying within a fast-paced innovative environment, this is the perfect role for you. We are seeking well motivated candidates with excellent administration skills to be able to communicate at all levels.

You will need to be IT literate a strong team player and be proactive in managing your own time effectively.

Main duties include:

  • Provide accurate, timely and thorough buyer and supplier support across the whole spectrum of product administration.
  • Use numeracy (excel) and text (Word) PC skills to work with your buyer and supplier to input product data accurately, check and cross check data supplied in numerous and different formats and use your initiative to deliver and pool the information on offer to enable the best presentation of data in Hochanda’s set systems.
  • Use in-house reporting and get to learn in-depth knowledge of both internal processes and external supply partner’s processes to maximise your workload time efficiencies.
  • Research and learn product information to check and monitor product information documents supplied via our supply partners and where needed improve and edit to be in line with Hochanda’s demanding levels of detail.
  • Ensure all data entry and product descriptions are accurate, spelt correctly, presented in the correct format and all numerical data is correct.
  • Pro-activity identifies smarter processes and procedures to improve efficiency for Hochanda and your role within the buying department.
  • As requested, attend supplier meetings, take the minutes and follow up and resolve any issues as directed by the Buyer and Supplier.
  • Accurately process product set up – start to finish including taking full responsibility to deliver all the required information and data input.
  • Ensure all product samples/photography are requested and followed up to ensure sample/imagery are availability in a timely manner.
  • Carry out all other ad hoc duties as required.

Customer Service Advisor

Location: Hochanda Global Limited, Nene House, Nene Valley Business Park, Oundle, PE84HN

Position Type: Full-time (Hybrid working after initial training and subject to review)

Hours: 09h00 to 17h00 with 30-minute paid lunch break

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be dealing with a variety of sales calls, customer service calls from general enquiries to complaints.

We need you to have a professional and friendly approach, strong communication and accurate administration skills.

Main duties include:

  • To place customer orders and resolve customer enquiries, primarily by telephone but also by correspondence and email.
  • Handle any customer service queries to satisfaction.

Finance Director – part time (20 hours per week)

Location: Hochanda Global Limited, Nene House, Nene Valley Business Park, Oundle, PE84HN

Position Type: Part time

Description:

The company is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Finance Director to join its senior leadership team and oversee the finance function of the Company.

Reports to: Managing Director

Salary: £40-£50,000 pa.

Main duties include:

  • Work closely alongside the Company’s board, MD and other senior executive directors of the Company to set, drive and support as required the strategic ambitions of the Company
  • Oversee finance function and overall team.
  • Direct financial planning and strategy for the Company
  • Institute, oversee and manage all finance and related financial control functions and processes
  • Analyse and report on all aspects of the financial performance of the Company.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting regulations
  • Manage cash-flow, including all aspects of working capital (such as debtors, creditors, stock) and capital expenditures.
  • Prepare monthly Management Information pack and report.
  • Develop, monitor and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual KPI dashboards/reports.
  • Oversee and manage the yearly financial audit.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies.
  • Prepare forecasts and comprehensive annual monthly budgets (P&L, BS and CF).
  • Develop and implement fully integrated financial models, including business plan for the Company.
  • Supervise, recruit and train all members of finance team and accounting staff.
  • Assess, manage, and minimize financial risk at all levels.
  • Analyse, report, and improve financial data; identify and analyse key financial trends in the business.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the Company’s taxation requirements and compliance with taxes.
  • Oversee insurance and work closely with brokers/insurance providers.
  • Prepare information for the Company’s investors.
  • Engage/liaise regularly with the Company’s lenders, including monitoring cash flows, covenants and preparing related covenant analyses and other lender-related documentation.
  • Engage with the Company’s board and investors as required, and prepare relevant information/analyses for them as and when required.
  • Manage and oversee VAT.

Desired Skills:

  • At least 15 years of experience in similar role.
  • Fully ACCA, ACA qualified.
  • Prior FD experience in a £20m+ turnover company essential.
  • Experience working in a private equity environment.
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Experience working with institutional lenders, preferably in leveraged environment with private equity style capital structures.

IT Helpdesk Administrator

Location: Hochanda Global Limited, Nene House, Nene Valley Business Park, Oundle, PE84HN

Position Type: Full time

Description:

You will be managing IT queries and facilitating problem solving, which involves quite a bit of talking and then following up with requestors to make sure an issue has been resolved properly and in good time.

You must understand the business process, have strong administrative skills, good communication skills as you will ensure all the required information has been obtained from staff and logged into a ticket logging system, providing a fix wherever possible.

Starting salary: £28,000 - £35,000 pa. DOE

Main duties include:

  • Management of new IT support tickets each day.
  • Logging requirements into the ticket management system to ensure the correct ticket management process is used.
  • Managing a busy workload of new tickets and existing.
  • Managing faults through their entire lifecycle from the first point of contact through to resolution, proactively keeping colleagues informed of progress.
  • Conducting thorough diagnostics with the end users to enable resolution.
  • Dealing with emails from staff and must be able to engage with them technically and competently.

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience working in a helpdesk or technical support environment.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to trouble shoot and do what it takes to resolve a problem.
  • Highly organised and able to work on your own initiative to complete the range of tasks required.
  • Understand the business process, with strong administrative skills.
  • Proven experience in object-oriented programming languages (C#, SQL, RDBMS) desirable.
  • You will have general understanding of networking as well as general IT infrastructure (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc.)
