Digital Downloads FAQs

You can purchase a digital download the same way you purchase anything else on the Create & Craft website. Just add the item to your basket and checkout.

You will receive it right away!

Once you have checked out your basket, go to your account page and click on the ‘VIEW ORDER’ button. This will show you your ‘Order Summary’ and you can view it there.

Go to your account page and click on the ‘VIEW ORDER’ button. On the ‘Order Summary’ pop-up window, you will find a black button. Click on the button and your file will download immediately.

Check your ‘Downloads Folder’ on your computer. If you are still having difficulty, you can search for it using the name of the digital file.

Not necessarily. Your computer should be able to load the file either in your web browser or PDF reader software. If you don’t have a PDF reader, you can download one here.

There are few steps to take. Make sure you have enough space on your computer hard drive to download the file to. The size of the digital download will be mentioned in the product description. If the first step doesn’t apply, please contact customer service, and let us know about the issue.
