Please note:

  • Returns and refunds are processed as per the below and remain unchanged for international purchases.
  • Product restrictions mean we are unable to ship flammable items or aerosols to the USA.
  • Items with a UK plug will be clearly titled as having a UK plug.

Here at Create and Craft, we understand there are times when you may wish to cancel or return your order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order placed by telephone or internet to obtain a refund for any or all items purchased.

We offer a 14 day product approval period from the point at which you receive your order. If your order should arrive over more than a single delivery, this 14 day period starts from the date the final part of the order is delivered. If you find there is an issue with your order, please contact us within the 14 day period to allow our customer service team to rectify the issue. If you take advantage of any multibuy offer or discount, you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer.

Any item returned due to being unsuitable should be returned in saleable condition and is to be returned at the cost of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned products, Create and Craft will happily return the full purchase price of the products returned. If any item is returned to Create and Craft for a refund that is received in a damaged or unsaleable condition, Create and Craft reserve the right to refuse a refund and may return the product to the customer.

By saleable condition examples include:

  • Not plugging in or powering on any electrical device or machine
  • Not using any electrical device or machine
  • The original box & contents must be returned in full in a saleable condition

Any returned orders need to be sent back to Create and Craft with the full postage paid. If a return is sent back without the correct postage applied Create and Craft reserve the right to deduct the postage costs from the total refund processed.

If product is received faulty or damaged, Create and Craft will offer a no quibble refund or replacement and will also cover the cost of return. If a refund is requested for a faulty product, Create and Craft will refund the full cost of the original order along with any associated shipping & handling costs.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, this request should be made within 30 minutes via our Customer Service team on 01733 60 2000. After this period of time we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel the order before shipment, however, we will try our best to cancel the order as requested.

All returns require approval by Create and Craft prior to being made. You should contact customer services before making any return. Create and Craft reserve the right to refuse any return made without prior authorisation if it is outside of our 14 day approval period.
