Nevertheless, lids and handles may become hot during prolonged cooking. • Always use oven gloves when removing pans from hot oven.
• Whilst the FernoGreen surface has great resistance to scratches, we recommend using bamboo, silicone, nylon or wooden utensils to protect and extend the life of your cookware. Never cut food whilst in the pan as this will damage the surface.
• The FernoGreen surface is very easy to clean: a quick hand wash will be sufficient. Use warm soapy water and a sponge. Do not use steel wool or any cleaner that is abrasive. Not designed for use in dishwashers.
