This multipurpose quick drying Bond and Seal Glue can be used on a variety of projects, from paper crafting to fabric to mixed media, especially on rice paper. Non- toxic and water based.

Instructions:

Simply brush a light coat on the back of your cutout and smooth into place. Leave to dry between 10 and 20 minuted, depending on area size. To seal, apply a light coat on top. Once dried, the glue goes clear. Brush can be cleaned with soap and water.
