A new book of beautiful appliqué patterns, designed by Pam and inspired by May Morris designs. You also find patterns for 3 individual quilts incorporating the applique blocks. The book is A4 in size with fold out A3 pattern pages. It's is spiral bound and comes in a cellophane bag.
Features and Benefits:
The book contains full sized patterns and instructions to make 5 appliqué blocks – a single block, 2 border blocks and a border corner block, plus a vine ‘block’. The three individual quilt patterns highlight each of the individual block types. Mix simple patchwork techniques with these stunning applique designs to make a very special project. Made using the fusible appliqué and machine embroidery. This is a quicker, easier and very satisfying appliqué method. Each appliqué block has a coloured photo of a finished block for inspiration, and both the Broken Down Pattern for tracing onto fusible webbing and Placement Pattern for positioning the fabric pieces correctly. These designs will also mix beautifully with the designs in Pam previous applique books, especially ‘Pam’s Morris Inspired Patterns and Projects’. The May Morris Hand Embroidery Panels also compliment these blocks perfectly.
