My main loves are applique, embroidery, colourque and english paper piecing. we have developed products alongside techniques that make stitching simple and achievable for all levels, whilst being enjoyable and therapeautic. our projects are mostly hand method based but I have also adpated methods to suit those who prefer only machine work. From small projects such as bags, sewing books and table runners up to full sized quilts and block of the month projects. Our unique paper products - applique paper and epp iron-ons are the newest and most contemporary tools for making perfect turned edge applique, and english paper pieced projects without having to remove those pesky papers. Old techniques, made modern and made accessible and doable by all.

Why Hugs'n Kisses?

Our patterns include many extras, such as iron on transfers, applique paper and/or epp iron-on templates to make the project, so nothing else needs to be sourced apart from your needle and thread; all designed to make the process enjoyable and instant. Whilst our very first tagline in 2001 was 'feelgood stitcheries and associated thingys' we still believe today that we stitch for therapy, connection, personal achievement and the feel goods finishing that project gives you.
